GeoMAX Engineering manufactures a wide range of stock and custom fabricated new construction and foundation remediation/repair brackets. The GeoMAX team is often called on to design and fabricate brackets to exact client specifications. STANDARD NEW CONSTRUCTION CAPS

TENSION CAPS – single or double bolted for tension or uplift requirements COMPRESSION CAPS with gravity slip on design shearhead – optional; custom plate size; rebar attachments; bolted version

TENSION ANCHORS / TIEBACK ADAPTERS

DEFORMED THREADBAR with structural nuts and embeddment plates U-SHAPED offers increased adjustability when perfect alignment is is required COUPLING anchors are good in tight areas or where angulation is predictable

PIPE SADDLES

FULLY ADJUSTABLE BRACKET can be used where heavy pipes need to be pitched perfectly to make grades. No shimming, or removal needed to set to within .125” STANDARD PIPE SADDLE BRACKET is used when piles are set to exact requirements. A T-bracket is used with beams or saddle.

UNDERPINNING BRACKETS FOR EXISTING FOUNDATIONS

(For the purpose of illustrating the features of each bracket we used the 2.875 x .276w pile shafts in the following comparisons) COUNTERFORCE II BRACKETS are used for high Eccentricity and high service Loads up to 40 kips* COUNTERFORCE BRACKETS are used for high Ecentricity and moderate service Loads up to 30 kips*. This bracket is standard for pile diameters greater than 3.5” TRU-FORCE BRACKETS are used for moderate eccentricity and service loads up to 20 kips* LOW-PRO DROP-NECK BRACKETS are used for shallow footing situations BRACE PLATE BRACKETS are used for secure foundation attachment on TruForce and Counterforce brackets

TIMBER/BEAM BRACKET

COMPRESSION BRACKET is a standard U-shape saddle bracket COMPRESSION/TENSION BRACKET is a standard U-shape saddle bracket with thru-bolt(s) to pile ADJUSTABLE BRACKET is any bracket with additional threadbar post to underside of saddle with a matching receptacle in the top of the pile ARTICULATING ADJUSTABLE BRACKET are used when a pile is out-of-plumb and out-of-position. CUSTOM FABRICATED BRACKETS for multiple beam sizes – timber or steel selection

CUSTOM + SPECIALTY BRACKETS

REBAR CAPS – Shearhead with Welded rebar for easy cage tie-offs CUSTOM CONNECTIONS TO PREFABRICATED UNITS like clearspan steel buildings, light pole bases, etc. SHOREHOUSE BRACKET – Developed for Superstorm Sandy remediations. Provides reliable support and positioning for beams and timbers for positive attachement to resist uplift/lateral/axial loads. ADJUSTABLE – custom adjustable brackets for many applications SOLAR – bracket systems for speedy solar installationsPile size and capacity will govern the final design of any pile LTD (Load Transfer Device)
